The warranty is valid only when the original sales invoice or receipt showing the date of purchase is presented together with the defective product. No warranty claims will be processed without valid proof of purchase.

3. General Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling.

4. Warranty Will Not Apply If:

• ✕The product's serial number has been altered, removed, deleted, or made unreadable
• ✕Any modification or upgrade beyond the product's intended use as described in the instruction manual
• ✕The product is not used according to the provided instructions
• ✕Repairs carried out without prior authorisation from AppleXtreme Store
• ✕Damage from accidents, lightning, water, fire, or other causes beyond our control
• ✕Battery damage due to overcharging or undercharging

In the case of an exchange, if no similar product is available in stock, the customer will be required to wait one (1) to two (2) months for a replacement to be sourced.

AppleXtreme Store reserves the right to refuse free warranty service if any of the above conditions are found to have been violated upon inspection of the product.

Exchange Policy

• ✓In the case of a confirmed defective product, an exchange may be arranged
• ✓If no similar product is in stock, customer must wait 1-2 months for a replacement
• ✓Original sales invoice or receipt must be presented with the defective product

Conditions for Exchange

An exchange will not be processed if:

• ✕Damage caused by misuse, modification or improper handling
• ✕Serial number has been altered, removed or made unreadable
• ✕Repairs carried out without prior authorisation
• ✕Damage from accidents, lightning, water, fire or causes beyond our control
• ✕Battery damage from overcharging or undercharging
• ✕Product not used according to provided instructions

How to Request an Exchange

Testing at Point of Purchase

1. Ownership & Authorisation

By handing in a device for repair or service, you confirm that you are the owner of the device, or that you have the owner's permission to submit it for repair and to agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Back Up Your Data First

• !You are responsible for backing up all data on your device before handing it in
• !Some repairs, including most screen replacements, may erase all data as part of the repair process
• !AppleXtreme Store is not liable for any loss of data, contacts, photos, or files during a repair
• ✓Please remove any SIM card, memory card, or other removable media before drop-off

3. Disable Find My iPhone & Screen Lock

Please turn off Find My iPhone / Activation Lock and remove any passcode or screen lock before booking your device in. We may not be able to accept, diagnose, or return a device with these still active, as it can prevent us from completing hardware repairs safely.

4. Device Condition at Drop-Off

The condition of your device, including any existing damage, is noted when you hand it in. It's your responsibility to point out any pre-existing issues at that time, as it may otherwise be difficult to establish afterward whether damage was pre-existing.

5. Quotes & Estimates

• ✓Any price shown before physical inspection is an estimate only
• ✓The final quote is confirmed after diagnosis and may change if additional parts or work are required
• ✓Quotes are valid for 7 days
• !We will not begin repair work until you've approved the quote. Approval given in person, by WhatsApp, or by SMS is accepted

6. Devices with Liquid or Physical Damage

If your device already has liquid or physical damage, opening it for diagnosis carries a risk that it cannot be returned in full working order, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair. The same applies to cracked screens or glass, which can break further during disassembly. AppleXtreme Store is not liable for this additional damage where it results from the device's pre-existing condition.

7. Third-Party Accessories

Screen protectors, cases, and similar accessories may need to be removed and can be damaged during the repair process. AppleXtreme Store is not liable for replacing these.

8. Parts & Repair Warranty

All repairs carried out by AppleXtreme Store are covered by a 90-day repair warranty on the specific part replaced and the work performed, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse after collection.

9. Collection of Your Device

• ✓Please collect your device within 14 days of being notified that the repair is complete
• !Devices not collected within 30 days of completion may be treated as abandoned and disposed of, without further liability to AppleXtreme Store
• ✓Full payment is required before your device is released

10. Our Liability

AppleXtreme Store's liability in connection with any repair is limited to the cost of that repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data or loss of business.

11. Your Personal Data

To carry out your repair, we collect and use personal information such as your name, phone number, and device details, mainly to keep you updated on your repair and to arrange collection. We handle this information in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, and do not share it beyond what's needed to complete your repair.

12. Changes & Governing Law

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in force when you book your device applies. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

1. General

These Terms govern all sales and transactions conducted by AppleXtreme Store, located at Wilson One Building, Shop WD13, Wilson Street, Kampala, Uganda. AppleXtreme Store is an independent Apple reseller and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

2. Product Authenticity

• ✓All products sold are 100% genuine, brand new, and sealed in original Apple packaging
• ✓All items tested and approved in the presence of the customer at time of purchase
• ✓Serial numbers must not be tampered with. Doing so voids all warranty and exchange rights

3. Pricing & Payment

• ✓All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and subject to change without notice
• ✓Payment accepted via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, bank transfer, or cash
• ✓Full payment required before delivery or collection
• !No cash refunds will be issued once full payment has been made

4. Warranty

• ✓Hardware covered for two (2) weeks from date of purchase
• ✓Software covered for six (6) months from date of purchase
• ✓Warranty valid only with original receipt presented alongside the defective product
• !Warranty void if serial number altered, unauthorised repairs performed, or product misused

5. Exchanges & Returns

• !No cash refunds, exchanges only, subject to warranty terms
• ✓If no similar product in stock, customer waits 1-2 months for replacement
• ✓Original receipt must be presented for any exchange request

6. Repairs

• ✓Repairs must be authorised by AppleXtreme Store
• !Not liable for data loss during repairs, so back up your device beforehand
• ✓Uncollected devices after 30 days may be disposed of without further liability

7. Limitation of Liability

AppleXtreme Store's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss or loss of business.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then referred to the courts of Uganda.
