The warranty is valid only when the original sales invoice or receipt showing the date of purchase is presented together with the defective product. No warranty claims will be processed without valid proof of purchase.

3. General Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling.

4. Warranty Will Not Apply If:

• ✕The product's serial number has been altered, removed, deleted, or made unreadable
• ✕Any modification or upgrade beyond the product's intended use as described in the instruction manual
• ✕The product is not used according to the provided instructions
• ✕Repairs carried out without prior authorisation from AppleXtreme Store
• ✕Damage from accidents, lightning, water, fire, or other causes beyond our control
• ✕Battery damage due to overcharging or undercharging

In the case of an exchange, if no similar product is available in stock, the customer will be required to wait one (1) to two (2) months for a replacement to be sourced.

AppleXtreme Store reserves the right to refuse free warranty service if any of the above conditions are found to have been violated upon inspection of the product.

Exchange Policy

• ✓In the case of a confirmed defective product, an exchange may be arranged
• ✓If no similar product is in stock, customer must wait 1–2 months for a replacement
• ✓Original sales invoice or receipt must be presented with the defective product

How to Request an Exchange

Testing at Point of Purchase

1. General

These Terms govern all sales and transactions conducted by AppleXtreme Store, located at Wilson One Building, Shop WD13, Wilson Street, Kampala, Uganda. AppleXtreme Store is an independent Apple reseller and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

2. Product Authenticity

• ✓All products sold are 100% genuine, brand new, and sealed in original Apple packaging
• ✓All items tested and approved in the presence of the customer at time of purchase
• ✓Serial numbers must not be tampered with — doing so voids all warranty and exchange rights

3. Pricing & Payment

• ✓All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and subject to change without notice
• ✓Payment accepted via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, bank transfer, or cash
• ✓Full payment required before delivery or collection
• !No cash refunds will be issued once full payment has been made

4. Warranty

• ✓Hardware covered for two (2) weeks from date of purchase
• ✓Software covered for six (6) months from date of purchase
• ✓Warranty valid only with original receipt presented alongside the defective product
• !Warranty void if serial number altered, unauthorised repairs performed, or product misused

5. Exchanges & Returns

• !No cash refunds — exchanges only, subject to warranty terms
• ✓If no similar product in stock, customer waits 1–2 months for replacement
• ✓Original receipt must be presented for any exchange request

6. Repairs

• ✓Repairs must be authorised by AppleXtreme Store
• !Not liable for data loss during repairs — back up your device beforehand
• ✓Uncollected devices after 30 days may be disposed of without further liability

7. Limitation of Liability

AppleXtreme Store's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss or loss of business.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then referred to the courts of Uganda.
